Chilli Mōlli Oil was born from Fabiola Bahena's love for Mexican food and her desire to keep a piece of home close after moving to Canada.
What began in her kitchen as a homemade chilli oil became a way to reconnect with the flavours, ingredients, and traditions she grew up with. Through dried Mexican chiles, garlic, seeds, and carefully chosen ingredients, Fabiola developed a recipe that was bold, rich, textured, and full of character.
But Chilli Mōlli was never meant to be just another hot sauce. It was created to be a flavourful part of the table, something to spoon over eggs, avocado, tacos, pizza, pasta, cheese, or whatever is already on your plate.
Today, Chilli Mōlli Oil is made in small batches in Canada, inspired by Mexican roots and created to bring people together around food.

Fabiola Bahena
Fabiola is a Mexican-born entrepreneur, recipe creator, and the founder of Chilli Mōlli Oil, an artisanal chilli oil inspired by the flavours, traditions, and warmth of Mexico.
Originally from Mexico, Fabiola brought with her a deep love for cooking and for the bold, layered flavours that define Mexican cuisine. After moving to Canada, she found herself wanting to reconnect with home through food. What began in her kitchen as a homemade chilli oil gradually became the foundation for Chilli Mōlli.
For Fabiola, Chilli Mōlli is about more than heat. It is about flavour, memory, and connection, bringing a little piece of Mexico to the table while creating something new in Canada.
